This is Benda Xu (Chinese "续本达").
Curriculum Vitae (简体中文 简历)
I am a graduate student in Research Center for Neutrino Science at Tohoku University, Japan. At present I participate in KamLAND Group advised by INOUE Kunio. I am preparing to work for Double Beta Decay experiment.
I like free software. I live in Emacs and GNU Screen, outside of which being GNU Operating System. I have been using Debian as my distribution for six years. I am part of the community and dreaming to be a Debian Developer.
What I Am Doing
- Watch Differentiable Manifold and General Relativity.
- Learn Quantum Field Theory, using Hitoshi Yamamoto Sensei's lecture notes.
- MoGURA related work at KamLAND.
- Learn Japanese, with various ways.
The ID
What on earth does "heroxbd" mean? It sound to me like the drug "heroin"!
"heroxbd" means "Heroxbd is the Electromagnetic Radiation Owing to Xu Ben-Da."
Or, you could treat it as "H.Ero.X.bd", with credits go to my close friend zionius.
What does "RRR" Mean? It sometimes comes with your ID.
"RRR" means "Rational, Resurge and Revenge". But it turned out to be the attitudes representing Nice Guy Syndrome, namely "Rage, Resent and Repress".
Some personal view
I do not like most of the "modern", overstaffed, heavy cross referenced websites full of annoying scripts or moving pictures. I know dynamic technique are important, if not crucial, but for most of the cases pure HTML is enough, with scripts and dynamics only getting the network slow and inefficient. So I would like to make my piece as static as possible. I struggle for a clear, swift and pure personal website.
