Trigger PROM versions
Below is a description of the changes to the trigger PROMs labeled by date. Changes are split into 2 types

- Should not affect LBL electronics data quality
2002_02_05 (from run51)

- Added OD to ID trigger, trigger type 004:000:000
- Added trigger type 008:000:000 for ID to OD triggers
- Fixed bug with supernova trigger, previously supernova trigger recorded many times
- Allowed prescaled threshold to be modified independently of singles threshold
2002_02_13 (from run 70 ?)
2002_02_15 (from run 77)
- Modified trigger disables to prevent latch from overflowing. Prior to this there were broken trigger records when the latch overflowed and possible missing trigger records
2002_02_19 (from run 96)
- Fixed bug with multiple supernova mode trigger records
- Fixed phase of trigger commands, nsums and hence trigger rates from previous 3 days are unreliable

- Added 1ms veto to counter for supernova events following nsum 1300 ID event
- Supernova trigger to 8 events above nsum 772 in 0.8388608s
- Supernova mode changed to ID history (threshold 100), ID singles (threshold 200), OD history and OD singles (threshold 6, 5, 6, 7 in top, upper, lower, bottom sections), 1pps trigger, 5 inch trigger
- Supernova mode enabled for 2 minutes

2002_07_06 (from run 936)
- Changed 1ms veto to counter for supernova events following nsum 1250 ID event, instead of nsum 1300 ID events
- Supernova mode enabled for 1 minute
- Added calibration output for use with Japanese laser to allow correction with 25ns jitter
2002_08_03 (from run 1167)

- Fix so that ID->OD and OD->ID triggers are actually sent.
- The trigger can now issue a forced acquisition no priority trigger with GPS triggers.
- Changed prompt and delayed so you could disable the sending of the prompt trigger to the FBEs. This may allow a study of low energy physics.
- Changed the MACRO double trigger to prompt 200<=nsum<=1050, delay 340<=nsum<=540, 0.3us<=coincidence<=500us.

2004_02_15 (from run 3381) VERSIONS: board1 = 2, board2 = 2, board3 = 12
- The trigger PROM versions are now recorded.
- There are 4 new trigger types. They use the trigger output bits previously used for the calibration number.
- The run conditions and timestamps are recorded when the run conditions change.
- All of FBE triggers are disabled for 200 ns after another FBE trigger. (Previously, GPS forced acquisition didn't follow this rule.)
- 1 pps global trigger is added.
- MACRO single's trigger nsum threshold is separated from the FBE single's threshold.
- MACRO LASER/LED calibration trigger is added.
- The trigger timing for calibration global trigger is delayed from 175 ns to 375 ns.
- MACRO to ID trigger is added.
- LASER/LED calibration supernova mode can be now enabled.
- The supernova event counter counts another supernova event only if the nsum goes below 120 beforehand.
- The supernova event counter is disabled for 1 ms after all muons (nsum >=1250).
- The supernova event threshold is raised from nsum 772 to nsum 1100.
- The supernova mode run condition is changed (5inch threshold 0 -> 7, OD/ID to ID/OD enabled).
- The MACRO triggers are recorded twice, 1 clock tick apart, in the trigger kdf. (bug)
- The FBE FA at the 2nd clock ticks is recorded. (bug)
