There is a bus stop (Bansui Sodo Mae) right in front of Sendai Excel Hotel Tokyu and one (Omachi Nishi Koen Mae) a little to the west of Hotel Leopalace Sendai. Also, there is one (Hakubutsukan Kokusai Center Mae) in front of the Sendai International Center, and one (Tohoku Dai Kawauchi Campus - used to be Ogisaka as in the map below) near the Multimedia Complex.

In the bus schedule below, you ignore the chinese characters and just look at the route numbers. You get in the bus of the shown number which is displayed in front, side, and back of the bus together with the destination in Japanese (710, 713, 715, 719). Then, when you get on the bus, take the number slip from the box located at the entrance step. The number on the slip indicates where you got on board. List of prices are shown on the display above the driver. At the location you get off, the price shown in the cell with the number on your slip is what you pay. You deposit coins and the slip in the box to the left of the driver. If in doubt, 180yen should be enough. You could change large coins to smaller ones, or paper bills to coins at the same box, but you have to change first and then deposit the exact amount. It is best to have enough changes (100yen, 50yen, and 10yen coins). You can also look at THIS WEB SITE for instruction.

There is no car park around Multimedia Education and Research Complex in Tohoku University Kawauchi-kita Campus, please take public bus or taxi to the campus.
